a. Defective Product: A product that is not of the quality or quantity agreed upon by the customer and Adishaa, or is damaged or faulty.
b. Damaged Product: A product that has been damaged during shipment or handling.

Exchange Policy

At Adishaa, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products.

If you find that an item does not meet your expectations, we offer an exchange service within a specific timeframe.

You may request an exchange for any unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and tag-retaining item within 7 days from the delivery date.

You can exchange it for a different size or style.
Please be aware of the following restrictions:
• Exchanges are not applicable for Sale items.

Return Policy

At Adishaa, we accept returns for unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged items with original tags within 7 days from the delivery date.

To process your refund, please use the provided bank transfer method, which may take up to 15 working days.

In case of a product defect, we kindly ask you to share clear videos or images of the parcel opening to help us assess the issue.
